We have seven new type of environmental shaft kilns, five energy conservation down-draught kilns and the annual output of various kinds of bauxite can reach to over 200,000 tons, we have invested RMB 13 million into the new type of tunnel kiln. It is mainly produced the high-grade refractory materials. The annual output can reach to over 50,000 MT.
SHANXI HOLY FIRE FURNACE MATERIALS CO., LTD. was founded in Sep, 1976, and then to be a Sino-Korea joint venture with CLOVER CO., on Oct. 2003,. It is situated in YangQuan City, Shanxi province,China. This is the best place for refractory resources based on high quality alumina bauxite in the world. Now it has developed into a enterprise including raw materials production, processing, products, the Trade and Industry.
It is made up of two branch plants and two subsidiary companies and one scientific research center. There are 690 employees and 60 variety of technical and managerial persons and fixed assets RMB 50 million, covering the area of 9,600m2.
There are ball mills 4 units(∮1.2m～∮1.8m), press 26 units(160T、300T、400T、1000T，tunnel kiln 1 line(1.35m Width×91m length with the temperature of 1600℃), tunnel kiln 2 lines(2.6m Width×165m length with the temperature of 1600℃.
Products are mainly used in Metallurgy, Nonferrous, Building Materials, Glass, Chemical and Petroleum, Electricity and so on. The radiation of the products is throughout the China and which have been exported to the USA, Japan, Korea, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Canada, South Africa and so on.
